Check attendance, timetable, results, and school reports

Green Bay High School has a secure online ‘Parent Portal‘ which allows you to view the following information about your child such as:

  • Timetable – Daily Schedule
  • Details – Parent/Caregiver Contacts, Medical Contacts
  • Attendance – (24 hour delay)
  • NCEA Summary – (if applicable)
  • School Reports
  • Notices – Daily Notices (also read to students in Form class)
  • Calendar – Term Dates, Upcoming Events
  • Fees – Current charges against student for school based activities 
  • Library –  Books borrowed and due date (if any)

Access to the ‘Parent Portal’ feature is via the Home Page of our school website: (big blue button, on the right) – or via our School App.

This is a secure online portal. Information can only be accessed by students and primary caregivers using your unique Username and Passwords.
