All senior (Year 11-13) students will be expected to complete their school leaving or clearance process on Monday 7 and Tuesday 8 December 2020.

Each student will receive either a personalised clearance form or leaving form from their dean, which lists subjects taken during the year, and any outstanding course or subject fees. The clearance form must then be signed off by each subject area (by HOD or representative) as well as the library, sports coordinator, student services reception, accounts and finally the level dean.

In order for students to start 2021 with a ‘clean slate’, clearance at the end of this year must be fully completed. Failure to do this may impact on a student’s ability to take a particular subject or programme in 2021.

For Year 13, and other students who are not returning in 2021, a leaving certificate is required for entry to tertiary institutes. This will be issued after the clearance process is complete.

If students are unable to complete leaving or clearance at the allocated time, they will need to contact their dean to organise alternative arrangements:

We are very mindful of the impact Covid 19 has had on our community this year, so any concerns or issues you have regarding the clearance or leaving process can be directed to Sandy Begg, Deputy Principal, on ext 216.
