Anti Bullying Campaign
Green Bay High School staff and students dressed in pink today, to Kōrero Mai, Kōrero Atu, Mauri Tū, Mauri Ora – Speak Up, Stand Together, Stop Bullying.

Pink Shirt Day began in Canada in 2007 when two students took a stand against homophobic bullying, after a peer was bullied for wearing a pink shirt. In Aotearoa, Pink Shirt Day aims to create schools, workplaces and communities where all people feel safe, valued and respected.

Our focus this year is to recognise that we are able to stand together because WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER. The D-Block courtyard was buzzing with stalls from various student support groups, music, prizes for the Creative Challenge & a sausage sizzle.
