Pay on time – avoid $50 Late fee

NCEA is the main national qualification for secondary school students in New Zealand and are qualifications  recognised by employers, and used for selection by universities and polytechnics, both in New Zealand and overseas.

Students must pay their fees to have their results recorded on their Record of Achievement, and to receive certificates. NZQA Entry Fees are added to your student’s account – which can be viewed on the Parent Portal. Costs are:

  • $76.70 for NZ Residents
  • $383.30 for International Fee Paying Students.

The final date for payment accepted at Green Bay High School’s account office is Monday 3 September 2018. After this date late fees will incur. All Late payments must be made directly to NZQA – along with this completed form

If a community service card is held you may be able to apply for Financial Assistance, this form needs to be completed and handed back into the accounts office. No financial assistance will be available after 3 September.

To help you avoid any late fees – reminders will be clearly advertised on our electronic sign at the front gate of the school, as well as in our weekly e-newsletter for several weeks before the due date.

Our school Accounts office is open Monday – Friday from 8.00am to 4.00pm. Please contact Accounts Manager, Debbie Tonkin for more information.
