Promoting healthy relationships

Thursday 8 March, 2018
Yesterday’s mufti day was in support of the Light It Orange festival, helping to raise awareness and funds to help victims of family violence to get safe and stay safe.

Student Leaders, along with the amazing people at SHINE, organised a lunch time festival including a range of stalls and activities, as well as a Bake Sale, fundrasing a total of  just under $1500.00.

Green Bay High School’s Shine Beacons are focussed on promoting healthy relationships, providing support and keeping their peers safe. Easily indentified throughout the school – just look for their badges – students can have a chat to find out where to get information about how to get help for yourself or someone you know, who might be involved in an unhealthy relationship.
