How to Enrol

The Green Bay High School Board of Trustees has implemented an enrolment scheme as directed by the Ministry of Education – all enrolments require proof of residence. All students who live within the school zone, shall be entitled to enrol at the school.

(IN ZONE)

For Years 9-13 (2020)

Enrolment appointments for 2020 took place in August and September 2019 during specific Enrolment dates – which allows for accurate planning for staff, resources, and class placements.

The final day for parents/caregivers to confirm attendance and option subject choices was Friday 4 October 2019. Option subject choices for 2020 cannot be guaranteed after this time.

What should we do if we are IN ZONE and haven’t yet enrolled our child for 2020? Please contact the school office on 817-8173 ext 201 to make an appointment to enrol.  When you come in for the IN ZONE interview, please bring your child, a copy of their birth certificate or passport, their latest reports and NCEA results (for Years 11-13) and original proof of address (e.g utilities account).
