Play It Strange

featuring 5 students
Green Bay Music is pleased to announce that the album featuring the 2018 finalists is now available online. With 5 of the songs being written by our students (the highest number of finalists from one school), Green Bay High School takes out the Price Waterhouse Cooper School of the Year for 2018.

Liam Nuttall was also the winner of the David Richwhite Lyric Award judged by Anika Moa who commented on the maturity and lyrical crafting demonstrated in the words of his song “Smile”.

All the GBHS finalist songs were recorded at Roundhead Studio in September – thank you to Play It Strange for the opportunity to record our music professionally with the best studio engineers and in the finest studio in New Zealand!
